C1 and D1 driver training
Drivers who passed their car test after 1997 will need to pass a test to drive these categories:
C1 (7.5 tonne lorry): £950 per course
D1 (minibus): £950 per course
C1+E (7.5 tonne lorry & trailer) and D1+E (7.5 tonne lorry & trailer): £1,200 per course
Course duration: 4/5 days.
Training takes place from Monday to Thursday/Friday.

All training is delivered on a 1-1 basis, either in the morning (8.00-12.00) or the afternoon (12.00-4.00).

Once the D1 or C1 licence is activated and the hazard perception and multiple choice theory tests have been passed, please contact us for course dates.
Course prices are inclusive of VAT and the test fee. We require a deposit to secure a course.

C1+E, D1+E driver training
Please note that you will need to make sure that the trailer entitlement is included on the initial driving licence application (D2).

LGV driver training
If you wish to qualify as an LGV driver, there are a few stages you will need to complete prior to taking your test.
You need to:
1) Obtain forms D2 & D4 (see the DVLA links on this page or contact us for collection from our Westonzoyland office)
2) Fill in the D2 form. You must take the D4 form to a doctor
(see our Course Info page)
3) Send the completed D2 and D4 forms, along with your old licence, to the DVLA
4) Receive the licence and check that it is correct.
5) Book your (module 1) theory tests, which are multiple-choice questions, and the hazard perception
6) Pass the theory tests
7) Phone us to organise an assessment
8) Phone us to book the course and pay your deposit
9) Pay the remaining monies 14 days prior to training (don’t forget to bring your licence and N.I number)
10) After passing the cat C test, you may carry on to do your artic licence (C+E).
(make sure to apply to DVLA to include C+E provisional if you're not doing the C test)
10.1) you can now go for test in the C+E without passing a C test, but please advise us if this is what you would like to do, so we can build a suitable training course for you.
If you passed your car test after January 1997, you will also need a driver CPC
a) Module 2 - case study: £23
b) Module 4 - practical examination: £250 (you may be eligible for discount)
Modules 2 and 4 can be taken before, during or after training.

Bus driver training and lorry training
We provide high-quality bus driver training and lorry training. Take a look below for more information on our courses.
Test fee: £115 + Module 3a £ 40
All testing is conducted at our private testing facilities in Bridgwater and are conducted by a DVSA examiner or DVSA qualified delegated examiner.
We require the test fee's (£155) to book you onto any course.

B+E refresher training

We provide B+E car/van and trailer driver training
We offer refresher training courses of between 4 and 12 hours duration (1 to 3 days) to fully prepare you

We can offer B+E refresher training in both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
We use manual Ford Transit custom vans and a Land Rover Freelander 2 automatic.

CPC training
CPC Module 4
We offer the module 4 training and test from £200 including VAT for our own customers, £250 for non-customers.
CPC training (35 hours) is delivered via local authorised agents.
With the deadline for initial CPC training fast approaching, now is the time to focus on getting qualified. Courses can be adapted to meet the needs of your transport operation. We can also arrange for a trainer on-site at your workplace. Phone us, with details of your requirements and dates, for CPC training.
